II.Applications:1. Applicable Acid Types: Used for pickling with 16 types of inorganic acids, organic acids, and other acids including nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, citric acid, sulfamic acid, oxalic acid, tartaric acid, glycolic acid, EDTA, etc.
2. Applicable Equipment Materials: Carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and other metals, as well as surfaces of combined components of different materials.
3. Types of Fouling Removed: Removes various types of fouling including carbonate, iron oxide, calcium sulfate, mixed, and siliceous fouling.

IV. Usage Method

1. Solution Preparation: The addition amount of the corrosion inhibitor is generally 0.8%-10% (added based on the concentration of the pickling solution). First, add the measured amount of corrosion inhibitor to water and mix uniformly;

2. Pickling Solution Preparation: Add the measured amount of corrosion inhibitor to the pickling solution while stirring continuously to ensure the acid is completely dissolved. Use the solution after it is uniformly mixed;

3. Pickling Temperature Condition: ≤60°C;

4. The usage concentration of inorganic acids is generally below 25%, and they can be used at room temperature (inorganic acids include hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc.);

5. The usage concentration of organic acids is generally below 20%, and they can be used at room temperature or with heating (organic acids include sulfamic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, acetic acid, EDTA, NTA, HEDP, etc.);

6. For first-time use or if there is no prior experience, always conduct a small-scale trial to ensure satisfaction before large-scale use.

V. Precautions

The acid pickling corrosion inhibitor is slightly corrosive. If it splashes into the eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with clean water. It is strictly prohibited for consumption;

After preparation, use promptly; store sealed in a cool place.
