2. Structural Features: The electric heating jacketed pot consists of a pot body, stirrer, heating jacket, support and transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. The pot body, stirrer, shaft seal, electric heating device, etc., are all

made of 1Cr18Ni9 (USU304) stainless steel. The lower part of the pot body has a discharge hole, and there is a stirrer inside the jacketed pot. The reducer and motor are mounted on the bracket welded to the upper part of the pot lid, driven by the transmission shaft to operate the stirrer inside the pot. The shaft seal device is located at the top of the pot lid. The heating jacket is equipped with inlet and outlet ports for oil, vent valves, electric heating rods, and other connection holes.

Operation and Maintenance
1) This equipment is an electric heating jacketed pot. Before each shift, check all transmission parts and add lubricating oil to prevent dry friction and damage to the equipment.
2) Check whether all electrical circuits are intact, whether connections are secure and firm, and whether the fuse is appropriately rated. Only after everything is confirmed to be correct should the power be turned on for heating.

3) Before starting, check the amount of heat transfer oil added. The oil level should be 8 cm below the oil filler port.
4) During normal operation, the two oil inlet ports on the upper edge of the pot body should not be blocked after adding oil; they should remain open during heating. After daily operation, the electric heating power must be turned off.
