Q11F type forged steel high-pressure threaded ball valve can be applied to PN16~PN420, operating temperature -29~300℃ media, used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials can be selected, suitable for water, steam, oil, acidic, and various other media.
Internal thread forged steel high-pressure threaded ball valves are divided into integral one-piece, two-piece, and three-piece structures. The valve body has a reasonable forged structure and an aesthetically pleasing design. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring stable sealing and easy opening and closing.The valve stem uses a bottom-mounted structure with reverse sealing, preventing the valve stem from being ejected in case of abnormal cavity pressure. Two-piece and three-piece ball valves also have butt weld (BW) socket weld (SW) connection ends, and can be equipped with ISO bracket platforms and locking devices. A 90° switch positioning mechanism can be set, and locking can be added to prevent misoperation. Driving methods: manual, electric, pneumatic.
