I. Overview
The JSY-I type mechanical program key electromagnetic control lock (hereinafter referred to as the electric control lock) is suitable for integration with the comprehensive automation control panel and is used in conjunction with the JSN(W)1 series mechanical program locks produced by our factory. Its main function is to prevent misoperation between circuit breakers and disconnecting switches, enforce mandatory management for the JSN(W)1 series mechanical program locks, and is applicable to any form of control switch for performing "five preventions" operations with the JSN(W)-1 series mechanical program locks.
II. Working Principle
Closed position: When the circuit breaker is in the closed position, the electric control lock has no operating power supply, the control circuit is closed, and the circuit breaker can perform opening and closing operations.
Open position: When the circuit breaker is in the open position, the indicator light of the electric control lock is on, indicating that there is operating power supply. Press the electric control lock button, rotate the mechanical program lock key counterclockwise, and remove the key to perform disconnecting switch operations. After the key is removed, the control circuit of this electric control lock is disconnected, and circuit breaker closing operations cannot be performed.
Circuit breaker maintenance: Open the circuit breaker, remove the key from the electric control lock, and after opening the disconnecting switch, press the electric control lock button. Insert the mechanical program lock key into the electric control lock keyhole, rotate it clockwise by 50° to the red line position, release the button, and lock the key. The electric control lock control circuit is closed, allowing circuit breaker opening and closing tests or maintenance to be performed.
Special note: When the circuit breaker is in the open position, after completing all operations with the mechanical program lock key, insert it into the electric control lock, connect the power supply, rotate it clockwise by 50° to the red line position, and lock the key. After completing the operation, rotate the key back to ensure it is locked before performing closing operations.
III. Ordering Instructions
When placing an order, it is necessary to specify the closing current of the switch closing contactor, the control voltage, and provide the supporting scheme and scheme number or the primary wiring diagram for the JSN(W) I series mechanical program lock.
