The HB525W self-curing insulation waterproof protection sheet is primarily used for the insulation and sealing protection of live bare conductors (bare wires, bare busbars, and irregularly shaped conductors). It can also be used for communication base stations and feeder protection.

Usage Instructions
Preparation for Application
The application temperature should not be lower than 5°C; ensure the application site is free from oil mist, dust, and strong wind pollution. Maintain good ventilation during application. If working outdoors, weather conditions should be favorable, with no rain, etc. Ensure appropriate safety measures and labor protection preparations are in place.
Surface Treatment
It is recommended to use suitable solvents or methods to remove surface oil, grease, and dust, keeping the metal surface clean and dry. If there are burrs on the surface, smooth them using manual or power tools.
Application
Open the vacuum packaging, peel off the plastic film from one side of the HB525W, and apply the side without the film to the overhead line. Peel off a portion of the film and wrap the exposed HB525W around the overhead conductor. Use HB525W to wrap the overhead line without removing the film initially. Smooth the HB525W evenly through the film. HB525W is soft and pliable in its original state, so it can be compacted appropriately by hand during application. Then remove the film. Each two pieces of HB525W should overlap by no less than 5 cm in the length direction.
