Structural Composition

Functional Characteristics
Unidirectional Sealing: A sealing device is installed only on the upstream side (i.e., the water inlet side), achieving bidirectional sealing through wedges and water pressure, with leakage controlled within 0.03-0.07 L/m·s.
Pressure-Bearing Capacity: The designed water head typically does not exceed 5 meters, making it suitable for small to medium-sized hydraulic projects (such as rivers, reservoirs, hydropower stations, etc.).
Installation Requirements: Requires hoisting into the groove as a whole unit, with adjustments made during secondary concrete pouring to ensure sealing surface gaps are within 0.1mm for effective sealing.
Application Scenarios
