Structural Features
Manufactured from gray cast iron or ductile iron, equipped with stainless steel bolts and copper alloy/rubber sealing structures, they feature high pressure-bearing capacity (forward/bidirectional 10-meter water head) and corrosion resistance (-20°C to 120°C). The external arc design optimizes stress distribution, achieving planar contact sealing through wedge devices and copper strip seals, with a gap ≤0.1 mm. The guide rail length is 1/2 to 1/3 of the gate’s full opening height to enhance stability.
