Structural Features

Operational Characteristics: The gate features small dimensions, simple construction, and easy installation. However, it suffers from high frictional resistance, difficulty in opening and closing, and susceptibility to cavitation and vibration under high-velocity flow conditions.
Application Scenarios
Suitable for scenarios with small gate openings and low operating heads, such as the inspection and maintenance of small hydraulic structures. In high-head applications, particular attention must be paid to the design of the gate slot shape, downstream boundary conditions, and cavitation control.

Advantages: Compact structure, lightweight, and tight sealing;
