Travel limit adjustment method:

(1) First, ensure that the left and right gear ring bosses are not pressing against the trigger switch contacts.

(2) Connect the power to start the electric film roller. At this point, confirm whether the electric film roller is in the film rolling state or the film releasing state.

(3) When the electric film roller is in the film rolling state, open the rain cover. Use a large flat-head screwdriver to gently press any adjustment button (apply moderate force; avoid excessive force) and rotate it so that the gear ring boss presses against the microswitch contact (a clicking sound will be heard). If the electric film roller stops operating, it indicates that this adjustment button controls the desired film rolling direction. If the electric film roller does not stop operating, the other adjustment button controls the desired film rolling direction. Remember the film rolling direction controlled by this adjustment button.

(4) When the electric film roller is in the film rolling state and reaches the user’s desired film rolling stop position, use a large flat-head screwdriver to press and rotate the adjustment button controlling the film rolling state, so that the gear ring boss presses against the microswitch contact (a clicking sound will be heard).

(5) When the electric film roller is in the film releasing state and reaches the user’s desired film releasing stop position, use a large flat-head screwdriver to press and rotate the adjustment button controlling the film rolling state, so that the gear ring boss presses against the microswitch contact (a clicking sound will be heard).

(6) Follow the above steps to complete the travel setting of the electric film roller. Then, toggle the power reversal switch to verify whether the travel adjustment is correct. If it is incorrect, it indicates an operational error. Please read the manual carefully and readjust.
