The digital display electric thermostatic blowing drying oven has the following functions and features:
2.1 Capable of determining the total moisture of coal samples and drying experimental coal samples;
2.2 The cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating on the surface. The coating is hard and durable, offering strong rust resistance;
2.3 The working chamber is made of stainless steel plate with rounded corners, smooth and streamlined, making it easy to clean. Between the cabinet and the working chamber, ultra-fine glass wool insulation material is filled, providing excellent thermal insulation, effectively ensuring stable and accurate temperature inside the chamber and minimizing impact on the operating environment;
2.4 The interior is designed with a reasonable hot air circulation channel, making the temperature distribution inside the chamber more uniform and the temperature rise faster. It is also equipped with an exhaust pipe to slightly discharge air from the chamber. If the gas discharged from the chamber has an odor or is toxic, the exhaust pipe can easily be connected to another pipeline to discharge the gas to a designated location;
2.5 Temperature control adopts microcomputer intelligent digital technology, featuring industrial PID self-tuning and four-digit dual LED window display functions. It offers high temperature control accuracy, strong anti-interference capability, and convenient operation.
