Working Principle of the SDQ-50 Deep Hole Rapid Sampling Device:
During normal drilling, it operates similarly to the drilling principles currently used in mines, where both the inner pipe of the double-wall drill pipe and the annular space simultaneously convey air and discharge cuttings. For sampling, the reverse circulation drilling principle is employed: compressed air enters through the annular space of the double-wall drill pipe and blows the coal samples cut by the cyclone jet sampling bit out under positive pressure through the inner pipe of the double-wall drill pipe, achieving rapid sampling.
The transport speed of coal samples in the inner pipe of the SDQ-50 Deep Hole Rapid Sampling Device can reach 15 m/s.

The SDQ-50 Deep Hole Rapid Sampling Device complies with GB/T23250-2009 "Direct Determination Method of Coal Seam Gas Content Underground." The core of determining coal seam gas content lies in the estimation of loss, with the current technical bottleneck being sampling. The deep hole rapid sampling device standard requires "fixed-point sampling, with a sampling time of less than 5 minutes."
