Multi-functional Sand and Dust Test Chamber, also known as a sand and dust test chamber, is a specialized testing device designed to simulate sand and dust environments. It can precisely control key parameters such as dust concentration, particle size, and wind speed, realistically recreating various harsh sand and dust conditions. It is primarily used to evaluate the sealing performance of product enclosures, assessing the durability and reliability of products and materials in sand and dust environments. It is widely applied in industries such as automotive, electronics, aerospace, and equipment manufacturing, particularly for testing the sealing, durability, and protective performance of automotive components (e.g., engine intake systems, filters), electronic devices, aircraft parts, and equipment under sand and dust conditions.

II. Main Features and Functions

III. Multi-functional Sand and Dust Test Chamber Operating Steps

Connect the power supply and place the test sample inside the chamber.

Turn on the "Power" switch while keeping other switches off. After 1-2 seconds, the temperature controller and timer display will appear. Set the dust exposure time and vibration time using the timer.

If an electrical test is required for the sample, apply voltage (MAX: AC220V 5A) to the voltage terminals on the side of the test chamber. Then, directly connect the sample to the terminals inside the working chamber and set the power-on and power-off times using the timer.

Set the timer: Press the "ESC" key to display the menu screen. Use the "∧, ∨" keys and "OK" key to sequentially set the test time, dust exposure time, dust stop time, vibration time, vibration stop time, power-on time, and power-off time. There are a total of 7 time settings. Press "ESC" to exit after completion.

Press the "∧" key to move the cursor to the "Run" position, then press the "OK" key. "Run" will change to "Stop," and the internal power supply will activate, displaying the temperature controller. Press "ESC" again to return to the control screen. Now, turn on the "Dust" and "Vibration" switches to start the device. If testing the sample is required, turn on the "Sample" switch.
