Scope of Application 

Suitable for surface cleaning of various parts. It can be used for removing adhered sand from the surfaces of various metal castings, derusting ferrous metal parts, deburring and edge rounding of stamped parts, as well as descaling and surface refinement of forgings, heat-treated workpieces, and springs. This is achieved through the shot peening strengthening process of this series of equipment. Its application is extremely broad, covering foundries, heat treatment plants, motor factories, machine tool accessory factories, bicycle parts factories, engine manufacturers, automotive parts suppliers, motorcycle parts suppliers, non-ferrous metal die-casting plants, and more. After shot blasting, workpieces can achieve their natural material color and can also serve as a pre-treatment process for blackening, bluing, passivation, and other surface treatments of metal parts. Additionally, it provides an excellent base surface for electroplating and painting. After processing with this machine, workpieces experience reduced tensile stress and refined surface grain structure, thereby strengthening the surface and extending service life.
