This model is suitable for small and medium-sized sandblasting workpieces that cannot be collided, must not have minor scratches,

have a high daily processing volume, require high sandblasting efficiency, high equipment automation, simple operation, and full 

omnidirectional surface sandblasting treatment;

Features:

1. Intermittent operation, with a large turntable intermittently rotating and a small turntable self-rotating, achieving full omnidirectional sandblasting coverage and uniform results;

2. Pressurized sandblasting design, equipped with a pressure tank and pressurized sandblasting guns, capable of blasting stainless steel shot, steel grit, and other metallic abrasives;

3. PLC intelligent control, with all functions except start and emergency stop controlled via the touch screen, featuring a simple interface and easy operation;

4. Split-type filter dust removal box design, which can be placed 360 degrees around the sandblasting host to suit different processing sites;

5. Uses a bucket elevator to recycle and reuse abrasives, expanding the range of abrasive choices;  

6. Employs secondary cyclone separation technology for sand and dust separation, saving abrasive usage rate;
