The ISW type horizontal pipeline pump is designed by Shanghai Baino Pump Valve Company's technical personnel in collaboration with water pump experts, utilizing an excellent hydraulic model and the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pumps. It is ingeniously combined based on general horizontal pumps, and derived from the ALG type to suit hot water pumps, high-temperature, corrosion-resistant chemical pumps, and oil pumps according to different usage temperatures and media. This series of products offers advantages such as energy efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance, meeting the standard requirements of the new machinery department JB/T53058-93. The products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the ISO2858 standard. They feature high efficiency, a wide range of flow and head, reasonable structure, low cost, long service life, small footprint, and easy installation and maintenance. They are new centrifugal pumps that replace conventional products like IS and DL, especially suitable for water supply and drainage in high-rise buildings, irrigation, metallurgy, municipal applications, mine water treatment and drainage, as well as transporting water, chemical media, and other liquids in the food, chemical, air conditioning, and other industries.

The flow range is 15~1200 m3/h, with over 250 specifications including basic type, extended flow type, A, B, and C cutting types. Depending on the fluid medium and temperature, it further derives into series products such as clean water pumps, hot water pumps, chemical pumps, explosion-proof oil pumps, and explosion-proof chemical pumps.

Main Applications

1. ISW horizontal clean water pump: Used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, booster water supply in high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycles, and cold and hot water circulation pressurization in bathrooms and other equipment. Operating temperature T ≤ 80°C.

2. ISWR horizontal hot water pump: Widely applicable for boiler hot water booster circulation transportation in metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, and restaurants, as well as urban heating systems. ALWR type operating temperature T ≤ 120°C. 

3. ISWH horizontal chemical pump: Used for transporting liquids without solid particles, with corrosiveness, and viscosity similar to water. Suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature range: -20°C to +120°C. 

4. ISWY horizontal pipeline oil pump: Used for transporting oil products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the transported medium ranges from -20°C to 120°C.

5. ISWHY type horizontal stainless steel explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump: Suitable for transporting flammable chemical liquids. 

6. ISWD horizontal low-speed pump: Suitable for environments requiring very low noise. Operating temperature T ≤ 120°C. 

Working Conditions

1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or pump system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, i.e., suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa. Pump static pressure test pressure ≤ 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the pump system working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, it should be specified separately during ordering so that cast steel materials can be used for the pump's flow parts and connection parts during manufacturing.

2. Ambient temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 40%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium should not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, with particle size < 0.2 mm.

Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
