Features and Applications

The electric pump integrates the motor and pump into a single unit. The inner surface of the stator and the outer surface of the rotor are encapsulated with a thin-walled non-magnetic corrosion-resistant metal cylinder,

completely isolating the stator windings and rotor core from the conveyed medium, preventing corrosion by the fluid. Additionally, the impeller is directly mounted on the rotor's shaft extension, and the entire rotor is submerged in the conveyed liquid. With no rotating parts exposed to the external environment, it features an absolutely leak-free structure, offering the following advantages:

① Completely leak-free, making it suitable for conveying liquids harmful to humans, flammable liquids, valuable liquids, and corrosive liquids.

② Fully isolated from external air, making it ideal for conveying liquids that deteriorate upon contact with external gases.

③ Absence of shaft seals allows it to handle high-pressure systems, high-melting-point liquids, high-temperature liquids, and low-temperature liquids.

④ No lubrication required, preventing contamination of the conveyed liquid and eliminating the hassle of oil injection and drainage.

⑤ Motor and pump are coaxial and integrated, resulting in compact size, light weight, small footprint, and easy disassembly for inspection.

⑥ The motor uses water cooling or natural cooling, with no fan, ensuring low vibration and noise during operation.
