The driver drives into the disinfection area and proceeds along the designated route to the shower room for a shower and change of clothes. Only after showering may the driver enter the lounge to wait. During the vehicle disinfection process, the driver must remain in the lounge, not go out or move around arbitrarily, and must not bring non-relevant personnel into the disinfection center.

2. Cabin Cleaning

Disinfection center staff remove the floor mats for cleaning and disinfection, and use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the cabin interior. Wipe the interior of the cabin with a 1% compound potassium peroxymonosulfate solution (disinfectant), and fumigate the cabin for disinfection.

3. Initial Cleaning

Clean the carriage of manure, sawdust, and other contaminants in the order from top to bottom and front to back. Low-pressure wetting of the carriage and exterior surface, soaking for 10-15 minutes, and cleaning the chassis from front to back. Then, high-pressure rinse the vehicle in the order of inside first then outside, top to bottom, and front to back. Pay attention to brushing the roof corners, railings, temperature sensors, and other theoretical dead angles.

4. Foam Soaking

Spray foam over the entire vehicle, ensuring full coverage, and let it soak for 15 minutes. Focus on the vehicle chassis and tires.

5. Secondary Cleaning

High-pressure rinse the entire vehicle again in the order of inside to outside, top to bottom, and front to back. The challenging areas are the mid-to-upper parts of the carriage and the roof.

6. Drip Drying

After cleaning, allow the vehicle to drip dry for at least 5 minutes or use an air blower to dry. If necessary, use a heater to ensure drying effectiveness. Ensure no visible mud, manure, or pig hair remains. Vehicles that fail inspection must be rewashed.

7. Disinfection

Apply a high-efficiency disinfectant to the entire vehicle and let it sit for the effective duration.

8. Drying

After showering, changing clothes, and changing shoes, the driver enters the vehicle wash bay via the designated route to retrieve the vehicle and drives into the drying room for drying. The drying room should be well-sealed, with vehicles dried at 70°C for 30 minutes. After drying, park the vehicle in the clean zone parking lot. Remember, the purpose of drying is for disinfection, not merely drying. Master the three key elements of drying disinfection: temperature, time, and frequency.
