1. Pipeline Installation: The main water switch is set at the starting point. The main pipeline is set to 4 meters, requiring a tee to connect both ends of the water pipe. Insert a mist pipe section above, and install a straight connector at the top to connect the nozzle to the pipeline. (The distance between mist pipes can be adjusted according to actual needs.) The water pipe is fixed to the enclosure using clamps and screws.

2. Water Pump Installation: First, secure the water pump to the bracket with screws. After connecting the wires, cover the pump with a rain shield and fix it to the bracket with screws. Wrap raw thread tape around the pump接頭, then secure the water pipe to the pump接頭 with a screw clamp. The other end of the pump and pipeline接頭 should also be wrapped with raw thread tape before connecting to the pipeline.

3. The intelligent controller has excellent waterproof settings and only needs to be fixed to the enclosure. The internal wiring of the controller is complete; simply connect the power cord, remote control device wire, water level alarm wire, and water pump power wire.

4. Finally, connect the various controllers to each other, and the system is ready for use.

1. Water Pump:

A. Before starting, the water pump must be filled with water!

B. When starting, the outlet valve must be opened to reduce the motor's starting load and avoid burning out the motor!

2. Controller:

A. Fix the controller to the wall, open the wiring box, and connect the power supply and water pump according to the label instructions!

B. Connect the wires as needed according to the diagrams in the manual. When wiring, ensure the probe wire does not short-circuit and is not touching the pool wall. When extending the signal wire (it is recommended that the cross-sectional area of the extended signal wire not exceed 0.75mm2), use waterproof tape to wrap it completely!

Usage Precautions

1. Startup: After connecting all wires, close the air switch, select the working mode, and press the start button to start the water pump. Please be cautious to prevent electric shock!

2. Controller Modes: Automatic, Manual, and Remote Control. A. In automatic mode, if the start button is not pressed, the automatic mode light will flash, and the controller will not run automatically. Only after pressing the start button, when the automatic mode light stays on, will the controller operate automatically. B. In manual mode, press the start or stop button to control the motor's operation. In manual mode, the controller only provides overload and phase loss protection and is not controlled by water level or pressure; no-load operation is not protected.

3. Phase Loss Protection: If any phase of the three-phase power supply is suddenly disconnected, the protector will cut off the water pump's power within 3 seconds.

4. Ultra-Low Voltage Protection: When the grid voltage drops below 300V, the controller will cut off the water pump's power within 20 seconds. The phenomenon will be the voltage and current meters displaying the same value, and the phase loss indicator will light up.

5. Overload Protection: The controller has an inverse time overload protection characteristic, meaning the greater the overload current exceeds the set value, the faster the overload protection will act.

Disassembly Precautions

1. When relocating, be careful when disassembling the pipelines. Do not force open any joints, as this may damage the pipe ends and ruin the connections!

2. Disassemble the intelligent controller's wiring carefully to avoid混亂 and rendering it unusable. Handle the control box gently when moving it; do not throw or drop it!
