I. Product Overview
The fiber bundle filter is a novel water filtration device developed by our company. It can be widely applied in industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, coal, metallurgy, electronics, food, and cosmetics for industrial water treatment, boiler water treatment, advanced industrial wastewater treatment, domestic water treatment, bathhouses, swimming pools, and more.
Years of research and field applications have shown that this product features advanced structure, simple operation, stable performance, high throughput, fast flow rate, high filtration precision, excellent cleaning quality, low self-consumption of water, and long operational cycles. Its dirt-holding capacity is more than four times that of conventional sand filters.
The equipment consists of a fixed perforated plate, fiber bundles, a movable perforated plate, and an air distribution device. The movable plate can move up and down, allowing the filter media to gradually decrease in porosity along the water flow direction during filtration, increasing fiber density. The filtration process includes both longitudinal and transverse deep filtration, effectively improving filtration accuracy. During cleaning, the fibers are loosened, and a combined air-water washing method is employed. During the process of bubble dispersion and hydraulic flushing, the fibers continuously shake longitudinally, regenerating the filter media under the action of downward hydraulic force and rising bubbles.
II. Features 
The fiber ball filter series products are steel cylindrical tanks that use pressure filtration with fiber balls as the filter media. This product offers advantages such as high filtration speed, large processing capacity, effective treatment performance, and small footprint. It is suitable for direct filtration after biological treatment of various industrial wastewater, wastewater reuse, advanced treatment pretreatment, industrial water supply, and swimming pool circulating water treatment.
