Composition:

Acrylic metallic silver paint is a high-quality architectural coating formulated with acrylic resin, copper powder, and other pigments. It is a resin-based oil paint.

Main Characteristics:

◆ Dries at room temperature, with excellent weather resistance and good adhesion, resistant to chemical changes.

◆ Diverse coating colors, high gloss, strong decorative effect, enhances the appearance and overall texture of the workpiece after application.

◆ Fast drying time, good water and oil resistance.

◆ Easy application: This paint is a single-component product, requiring no hardener, making application more convenient with no cross-linking or curing restrictions.

◆ Excellent mechanical properties of the paint film: wear-resistant, high hardness, strong impact resistance, meeting product standards.

◆ Acrylic metallic paint is mainly used for surface coating on various aluminum alloys, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, machine tools, equipment, steel structures, instruments, etc., providing excellent aesthetic and decorative effects.

Recommended Systems:

Surface Preparation:

◆ Remove all oil, dirt, and ensure no accumulation of acid, alkali, salt, or moisture.

Application Conditions:

◆ Substrate temperature must be above 3°C, relative humidity below 85%.

◆ Application temperature: 5°C to 40°C

◆ Stir thoroughly using power tools or manual tools.
