Inorganic Zinc-Rich Anti-Corrosion Paint

Product Description:

Inorganic zinc-rich primer is a two-component primer prepared with advanced technology by adding fast-drying agents, rust stabilizers, rust converters, and additives. It provides excellent cathodic protection, features a hard film, good weather resistance, and superior anti-corrosion performance. It allows for 5-10% residual rust and can withstand high temperatures up to 400°C.

Surface Preparation:

Apply to dust-free, oil-free, and dry surfaces. For new steel surfaces, a surface cleanliness of Sa1 or St2 grade is sufficient for direct coating. For other surfaces, ensure they are clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, and other contaminants. Remove loose rust, scale, and old paint to achieve a surface cleanliness of St2 grade. Cleaning methods may include manual mechanical or high-pressure water washing. Application temperature should be above 5°C. If applying over old paint, roughen the surface.

Storage:

Store in a ventilated and dry place. Shelf life is one year.

Health and Safety:

1.During cutting or welding, use a ventilation mask, electrostatic respirator, and portable extraction device to prevent exposure to zinc oxide fumes.

2.Ensure adequate ventilation in the work area.

Recommended Applications: Anti-corrosion priming for steel structure workshops, chemical facilities, petroleum facilities, boilers, etc. It can also be used as a heat-resistant anti-corrosion primer.
