I. Features and Applications:
The axle pin sensor is a specialized sensor for measuring radial loads of components such as bearings and pulleys, or the tension of steel wire ropes. It can be installed in structures to replace pulley pin shafts for radial force measurement. Depending on the application, it can be conveniently installed in hooks, rigging shackles, movable pulleys (sets), fixed pulleys (sets), wedge sockets, wire rope sockets, marine rigging, turnbuckles, rod ends, fork joints, connecting forks, lifting eyes, and the axle holes of steel wheels. It not only serves the function of replacing the original axle but also acts as a weighing and force measurement sensor, thereby greatly simplifying the mechanical components of the entire weighing and force control system.

V. Precautions
1. Pay attention to the wiring definitions to avoid incorrect connections.
2. The arrow direction on the sensor indicates the force direction. Do not deviate from this angle to prevent inaccurate measurements or damage to the sensor.
3. Install the positioning buckle to prevent the sensor from shifting or rotating.
