The CAP-3022-S-T6-4-1-4-L Intelligent Capacitance Level (Liquid) Gauge is manufactured using advanced radio frequency capacitance detection technology, supplemented by industrial-grade range measurement system temperature drift compensation technology, and single-section material (liquid) phase medium dielectric constant change automatic compensation technology. It is specifically designed and manufactured for industrial environments where the composition of gas (vapor) phase media is relatively stable, but the dielectric constant of the material (liquid) phase media changes significantly, such as in soluble media level, powder, and granular material level measurement and control applications..

Working Principle of CAP-3022-S-T6-4-1-4-L Intelligent Capacitance Level Gauge
Utilizing the relationship between level changes and the resulting capacitance changes on the measuring probe, the detected capacitance changes are processed through the measurement system's temperature drift compensation and material (liquid) phase medium dielectric constant change compensation. This is calculated via dedicated pattern system software to output a two-wire 4–20 mA analog current loop proportional to the level change, along with four sets of SPST (NO) solid-state relay contacts.
