      1. Working Principle

       PNCR polymer denitrification technology uses an intelligent automatic conveying system to inject solid polymer reducing agents into the combustion chamber of the cupola. In the appropriate temperature reaction zone, the agent sublimates into NH3 and undergoes a reduction reaction with NOX in the flue gas, achieving ultra-low emission standards. The reaction products are mainly H2O, N2, and CO2.

      2. Equipment Composition

       The PNCR intelligent polymer denitrification equipment mainly consists of the following seven systems:

1. Storage System: Uses an external spliced agent bin made of stainless steel, which is easy to disassemble and assemble, facilitating maintenance and agent replacement.
2. Agent Feeding System: Employs negative pressure suction to ensure the integrity of agent particles, reducing the risk of breakage and pipeline blockage, and improving conveying efficiency.
3. Intelligent Precision Dosing System: Achieves precise agent supply with stable discharge, avoiding agent waste. This system is highly automated and intelligent, capable of adjusting the dosing amount in real time based on boiler load and NOX concentration in the flue gas.
4. Conveying System: Made of high-quality stainless steel with internal and external polishing, combined with an independent chuck connection method to ensure smooth agent flow and prevent clogging or breakage. Additionally, a flexible sealing device blocks dust and purifies the equipment interior.
5. Air Supply System: Provides the necessary oxygen for the denitrification reaction to proceed smoothly.
6. Injection System: The spray gun is a key component ensuring the stable operation of the denitrification system. The PNCR denitrification equipment uses 310S spray guns resistant to temperatures up to 1200°C, equipped with internal temperature sensors to monitor nozzle temperature in real time and adjust spray points accordingly. Furthermore, the spray guns are polished internally and externally, and for special environmental conditions, a pressurization system is included to ensure uniform agent injection into the reaction zone.
7. Control System: Connects to online monitoring equipment to receive NOX emission signals, determining dosing frequency and amount based on boiler operating status. The control system is highly automated and intelligent, enabling remote monitoring and fault alarm functions.
