The design structure of the boiler baghouse dust collector consists of an upper casing, middle casing, ash hopper, draft tube, support frame, filter bag assembly, blowing device, ash discharge valve, and other components.

      The 8-ton boiler baghouse dust collector is designed with a low-pressure offline pulse cleaning method. The structural design of the dust collector is arranged in a single row, with 6 chambers in each row. Each chamber is equipped with 1 ash hopper. The pulse jet valve uses Shanghai Bag Company's pulse valve. Through practical use, it has been proven to be a modular baghouse dust collector with large air handling capacity, effective cleaning performance, high dust removal efficiency, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and a small footprint.
