Exxsol D145 offers advantages including a narrow distillation range, surface compatibility with most products, and non-classification as hazardous goods during transportation. Exxsol D145 can be used as metalworking fluids (casting fluids, stamping oils, cutting oils, EDM fluids, aluminum rolling oils), solvents for consumer products (solvent for aerosol insecticides, solvent for liquid sprayers), lubricants, release agents, and plasticizers in the rubber and plastics industry, and as a high-boiling ink solvent. Exxsol D145 serves as a base oil solvent for metal rolling. Exxsol D series and Isopar series solvents function as coolants and lubricants in metalworking processes. These hydrocarbon solvents assist in achieving the desired shape during processing or forming operations, act as protective coatings to isolate metal surfaces from oxygen and moisture, and are commonly used as metal rolling oils.

III. Precautions

1. ExxonMobil environmentally friendly solvent drums feature an ExxonMobil anti-counterfeiting mark on the lid and an anti-counterfeiting barcode on the drum surface. Verify the brand to avoid counterfeits.

2. Environmentally friendly solvent drums must not be stored upright outdoors to prevent contamination by moisture and impurities.

3. For indoor storage, place drums upright with the top facing up for easy extraction.

4. Tighten the seal cap to maintain drum airtightness.

5. Keep flammable materials away from the storage area. Open flames are strictly prohibited, and ignition sources must not be brought near the drums.
