I. Introduction to Mobil Exxsol D30 Product

Exxsol D30 is a dearomatized solvent oil, belonging to the category of paint solvents. It has a distillation range of 142~156°C, a flash point of 30°C, a density of 0.766 g/cm3, a viscosity of 0.99 mm2/s (25°C), an aromatic content <0.01%, a relative evaporation rate of 0.52 (n-BuAc=1), a KB value of 34, a bromine value <5 mg/100g, a surface tension of 23 mN/m (25°C), and a refractive index of 1.423 (20°C). The product is packaged in iron drums with a specification of 158 kg/drum. Exxsol D30 can be used as a solvent for consumer products (aerosol polishes), gravure ink solvent, and is suitable for cigarette adhesives, plastic polymerization aids, textile printing and dyeing, printing, solvents, ink thinners, metal cleaners, and other industries. III. Precautions

1. ExxonMobil eco-friendly solvent oil drums have an ExxonMobil anti-counterfeiting mark on the lid and an anti-counterfeiting barcode on the drum surface. Identify the brand to avoid counterfeits.

2. Do not store eco-friendly solvent oil drums upright in outdoor environments to prevent contamination from moisture and debris.

3. For indoor storage, place drums upright with the top facing up for easy extraction.

4. Tighten the seal cap to keep the oil drum sealed.

5. Do not place flammable materials nearby. Open flames are strictly prohibited, and do not bring ignition sources near the oil drum.

6. Store flammable specialty oils or chemical solvents separately and place flammable material signs.
