Solenoid Valve with Signal Feedback

Solenoid valves with signal feedback enable precise remote automated control. The feedback signal allows real-time determination of whether the valve is operating normally. By integrating a signal feedback device on the valve body, these valves can be automatically controlled via systems such as MSC, APL, or PLC. Both the opening and closing actions of the solenoid valve send an active signal back to the control system (e.g., PLC), enabling immediate status monitoring.    Solenoid valves with signal feedback are suitable for neutral pure gases or liquids, especially in control systems for pipelines carrying air, water, hot water, gas, natural gas, diesel, etc. They are widely used in industries such as mining equipment, cutting machinery, cleaning systems, mechanical manufacturing, energy and bioengineering, medical devices, and environmental water treatment.

Working Principle of Solenoid Valves with Feedback:

Normally Closed Type: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is attracted, the pilot hole opens, and the upper chamber of the valve depressurizes. The piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets via the spring, the pilot hole closes, and the upper chamber pressurizes through the piston throttle hole along with the thrust of the return spring, closing the solenoid valve.
Normally Open Type: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole closes, and the upper chamber pressurizes through the piston throttle hole along with the thrust of the return spring, closing the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets via the spring, the pilot hole opens, the upper chamber depressurizes, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve.
