1. Vehicle prepares to weigh

2. The driver scans the generated QR code on the scanner, and the system determines whether the vehicle is allowed to weigh via the QR code;

3. If allowed, the entrance barrier gate opens for the vehicle to proceed onto the scale; if not, a voice prompt indicates invalid vehicle information and requests re-registration;

4. The vehicle proceeds onto the scale, and the driver stops the vehicle steadily between the front and rear pairs of infrared light beams;

5. The system waits for the weight to stabilize before saving data, simultaneously capturing images with cameras;

6. During weighing, the system determines if it is the vehicle's second weighing. If so, it automatically matches the vehicle's entry weighing record and automatically prints the weighbridge ticket at the scale house printer;

7. After the weighing record is completed, the driver drives off the scale, and the weight returns to zero, completing one weighing process.

8. After driving off, the driver goes to the scale house to collect the weighbridge ticket; if not needed, they can exit directly.

Note: Each QR code registered by the driver upon entry is valid only for that instance and becomes void after the second weighing.
