　　Meat products: As a modifier, an addition of 2-5% can improve water-holding capacity, elasticity, and sliceability (e.g., sausages, ham, meatballs), reduce the amount of fat and meat, and lower costs;

　　Dairy alternatives: Used in plant milks (e.g., soy milk), non-dairy creamers, and cheese alternatives to provide protein nutrition and a creamy texture, suitable for lactose-intolerant populations;

　　Beverages and nutritional products: High-protein beverages (e.g., sports drinks, meal replacement shakes), utilizing their high solubility and low allergenicity (compared to soy protein concentrate);
