Usage

　　Food field: In the United States, Ethylene Glycol Distearate is considered a "Generally Recognized as Safe" (GRAS) food additive. It can be used in foods such as confectionery, baked goods, and dairy products, serving functions such as emulsification, thickening, and stabilization.

　　Other fields: It can serve as a pearlescent dispersant, solubilizer, and lubricant in pharmaceutical production; in metal processing, it can act as a detergent to help remove oil and impurities from metal surfaces; it also has applications in fiber processing, improving the softness and hand feel of fibers.
