　　As a film-forming agent: Used in water-based and solvent-based coatings to improve resin solubility and leveling, reducing film defects (such as craters and orange peel);

　　Ink solvent: Suitable for gravure and screen printing inks, improving pigment dispersibility and printability.

　　Resin Synthesis and Dilution

　　Used in the synthesis of acrylic and polyurethane resins as a reaction medium or diluent to adjust resin viscosity;

　　When blended with other solvents, it can reduce system toxicity (replacing some highly toxic solvents such as ethylene glycol monoethyl ether).

　　Used in formulations for photoresists and cleaning agents, leveraging its low residue and high solvency to minimize corrosion of electronic components.
