Industrial Water Treatment Field

Circulating water sterilization and algae removal: In circulating cooling water in the petroleum, chemical, and power industries, dosing at a concentration of 50-200ppm can inhibit sulfate-reducing bacteria (the main bacterial group causing pipeline corrosion) and algae reproduction. The effect is superior to traditional chlorine-based disinfectants (no residual chlorine pollution), and it is non-corrosive to carbon steel and copper alloy equipment;

Corrosion prevention in oilfield water injection systems: Used for microbial control in water injection pipelines during oil and gas extraction to prevent bacterial growth from forming biofilms that block pipelines. Meanwhile, its chelating property can reduce rust deposition and extend the service life of pipelines.

Agriculture and Aquaculture

Aquaculture water disinfection: At a concentration of 0.1-0.5ppm, it can kill vibrio, fungi, and planktonic algae in fish ponds, improving water quality (reducing ammonia nitrogen content). It has low toxicity to fish and shrimp (the median lethal concentration LC50 is far higher than commonly used concentrations), making it superior to prohibited fishery drugs such as malachite green;

Crop preservation: Used as a seed treatment agent (soaking seeds in a 1%-2% solution), it can inhibit fungal-induced seed mildew and increase germination rates (e.g., increasing the germination rate of rice and wheat seeds by 8%-12%). Moreover, its degradation product is phosphoric acid (which can be used as fertilizer), achieving the dual effect of "disinfection + fertilization".

Materials and Textile Industry

Wood preservation treatment: It reacts with cellulose in wood to form stable phosphate esters, preventing mold and termite infestation. It is suitable for treating outdoor wooden flooring and sleepers (extending the service life of treated wood by 3-5 years), replacing traditional arsenic-containing preservatives (more environmentally friendly);

Fabric flame retardant finishing: Used for flame retardant treatment of cotton and linen fabrics. Through cross-linking of hydroxymethyl groups with fiber hydroxyl groups, a flame retardant coating is formed, raising the Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of the fabric from 20 to above 28 (meeting flame retardant standards), without affecting the fabric's breathability.
