Product application:

By reacting with methylene acceptors, adhesive effects are generated, such as rubber adhesives GLR-18, GLR-19, GLR-2O, RE, etc., which react to form thermosetting resins. This reaction will occur quickly at the vulcanization temperature. If the reaction occurs before vulcanization, the bonding effect of the mating system will be greatly reduced or even lost. Usually, a mixture of rubber, filler, and methylene acceptor is prepared at a higher temperature. Then, during the final refining stage of rubber mixing, the rubber adhesive RA-65 is added together with the accelerator and sulfur magnet.

The recommended ratio is 2-5 parts of rubber adhesive RA-65 for every 100 parts of rubber material, combined with 2-5 parts of GLR-20 resin.

Packaging, storage and transportation:

The outer packaging of rubber adhesive RA-65 is a woven bag or paper bag, and the inner packaging is a polyethylene plastic bag, with a net weight of 25kg per package.

Before transportation and storage, it is necessary to check whether the product packaging is intact and undamaged. During storage and transportation, the products should be classified and stored in a dry, clean, and cool warehouse to prevent moisture, heat, and deterioration.

The effective storage period is one year.
