1 Construction technology for soft levee foundations, mainly including the following six steps:

Step 1: Design the dam axis line (generally, it is appropriate that the groove on the water-facing side of the secondary levee is 50cm away from the edge of the water-facing side levee top), and level the surface of the levee foundation.

Step 2: Excavate anti-seepage and anti-displacement grooves. Dig three anti-seepage and anti-displacement trenches (one anti-seepage trench, one anti-displacement trench, one trench that serves both anti-seepage and anti-displacement purposes), and pile the excavated soil on the water-facing side of the trench for later use (if necessary, only one trench that serves both anti-seepage and anti-displacement purposes can be dug).

Step 3: Install rigid supports (to improve operation speed, tripod and crossbeam can be assembled in groups to form a unit structure. After the trenches are dug, several units can be combined and placed at the predetermined position).

Step 4: Fill the anti-seepage and anti-displacement trenches with soil and compact them.

Step 5: Insert the water-blocking and anti-seepage panels into the anti-seepage trenches, and bury them with soil for compaction.

Step 6: Inspection and acceptance.

On-site construction personnel organization refers to organizing personnel according to the actual layout, assembly, inspection and verification required when the secondary levee equipment is expected to have been transported to the operation site. Generally, one company (about 120 people) is deployed per kilometer, and one platoon (about 30 people) is deployed per 250 meters as a relatively independent operation team (when operating on soil foundation conditions, 100 more people can be added for excavating anti-seepage trenches). Each platoon is divided into several operation groups, and the specific personnel composition and task division are as follows: .

1 The company commander (squadron leader) and platoon leader (detachment leader) are responsible for the organization and command of their respective medium (detachment) teams. .

2 Surveying and mapping, acceptance team: 1 team leader; 2 surveying and mapping, technical inspectors. It is mainly responsible for surveying and marking the axis of the secondary levee, determining the position of the trench (on soft foundation) or drilling (on hard foundation), and inspecting and accepting the construction quality of the secondary levee.

.3 Trenching (drilling) team: 1 team leader, several trenching (drilling) operators. When applied on soft foundations (earth levees), this team is mainly responsible for digging seepage-cutting and anti-displacement trenches on the levee top; when applied on hard foundations, this team is mainly responsible for drilling, placing and tightening expansion bolts or driving spikes.

.4 Dam body assembly team: 1 team leader, several operators. It is mainly responsible for assembling the rigid dam body. It can also work jointly with the water-blocking and anti-seepage team.

.5 Water-blocking and anti-seepage team: 1 team leader, several operators. It is mainly responsible for burying the water-blocking and anti-seepage fabric. It can also work jointly with the dam body assembly team.
