Tubular conveyor belt

A tubular conveyor belt refers to a conveyor belt that is used in conjunction with a circular pipe belt conveyor system. It is designed to take on a circular pipe shape by external force throughout the entire transportation route or a part of it. The core of the tubular conveyor belt is made of high-strength canvas or steel wire rope as the framework, and is covered with high-strength, high-mobility, and high-wear-resistant high-quality rubber as the upper and lower layers. During operation, the belt gradually changes from a flat shape to an U-shape, and finally rolls into a tubular shape to achieve closed transportation.

1. The rigidity is moderate, making it easy to form a pipe and turn, and it has the ability to maintain a stable roundness.

2. The belt edges are smooth and the joint areas are well-sealed. It is resistant to fatigue, wear, and has a stable load-bearing capacity.

   The edge parts on both sides can be rolled up into a simple shape to prevent the material from scattering during transportation; it is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power, chemical industry, ports, docks, building materials, coal mining, grain, and others for the closed transportation of bulk materials. It has various types such as wear-resistant, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, chemical corrosion-resistant, flame-retardant, and anti-static.
