Overview
The DN-K4000 Combustible Gas Alarm Controller is a functional and easy-to-operate device. It can be paired with our company's DN-T4000A and DN-T4000AS series point-type combustible gas detectors to form an industrial combustible gas alarm system.
The design, manufacturing, and inspection of this product follow the following national standards:

The natural gas alarm control system consists of a (natural gas detection alarm controller) paired with (natural gas detection alarm detectors) to form a natural gas detection and alarm control system device. Installation and networking are convenient, allowing for centralized control of up to 20 monitoring points simultaneously. Each channel displays automatically with LCD backlighting, automatic channel patrol, and locking settings. When the concentration of natural gas in the environment reaches or exceeds the pre-alarm value, the alarm immediately emits an audible and visual alarm to remind users to take safety measures. It drives exhaust and shut-off systems, effectively preventing explosions, fires, and poisoning accidents, thereby ensuring safe production and preventing property loss. The monitoring environment for each detector is 8-15 square meters. Users can choose different specifications based on the monitored area. If the user's needs exceed the capacity, multiple units can be stacked or the DN-K2000 multi-channel product can be selected. This product is suitable for places where natural gas is used or stored. The product is also widely used in dangerous places with flammable, explosive, and toxic gases such as metallurgy, gas stations (rooms), petroleum, petrochemicals, chemical industry, light industry, coking, steel plants, gas stations, CNG stations, food processing plants, cold storage, hotels (kitchens), municipal engineering, coal gas, pharmaceuticals, fire protection, workshops, as well as sewage treatment and many other special industries and fields.

5   Built-in large-capacity data storage, capable of recording 999 alarm messages, 100 power-on time messages, and power-off time messages; information is not lost when power is off;
6   Built-in 2 sets of relay contact signal output, capable of linked control of exhaust fans or solenoid valves and other equipment. Linked signals can be output manually or automatically; 
7   RS485 bus communication interface (optional, standard Modbus/RTU protocol), capable of networking with upper computer control systems, realizing remote monitoring, greatly improving the timeliness and accuracy of monitoring.
