Domestic paper slip sheets

Plastic slip sheets are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) raw materials, featuring excellent strength and toughness, durability, moisture resistance, and environmental safety. Building on the advantages of paper slip sheets, plastic slip sheets have better moisture resistance, smoothness, and tear resistance, greatly increasing their turnover times. They can block moisture, prevent mildew, resist tearing, stretching and chemical reagents, protect products from damage, are recyclable and 100% regenerable, making them eco-friendly. The working principle of this product lies in the distinct difference in friction coefficients between the two sides of the plastic slip sheet: the front side (contact surface with goods) is relatively rough for anti-slip, while the contact surface with the forklift pusher is relatively smooth. This coefficient difference can be utilized for loading and unloading operations. When packing, stack the goods on the plastic slip sheet, wrap the goods tightly with stretch film around the sides, then use a forklift with a pusher to clamp the folded edge of the plastic slip sheet, lift it slowly and push it into the container. Unloading is more convenient and efficient. The storage space occupied by plastic slip trays is only 1% of that of wooden pallets, their weight is 1/20 of wooden pallets, and their price is 1/5 of that of fumigated wooden pallets, creating considerable economic value. They are widely used in logistics, automated warehousing, handling and other fields for various industrial and civilian products such as food, electronics, furniture, hardware tools, chemical raw materials and so on. With the increasing awareness of logistics and transportation in China, plastic slip sheets are increasingly accepted by domestic export enterprises and large groups for internal warehousing and turnover. They can not only save costs and speed up import and export customs clearance, but also save transportation and storage space, are environmentally recyclable and reusable, and improve the added value of products.
