Jiangsu Jingye Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. is formerly named Jingye Pharmaceutical Chemical Institute which established in 1994, and turns to a joint venture in 2005 with a Hong Kong shareholder. After two decade of development, Depei has grown to a comprehensive enterprise combining R&D, production, import and export with two subsidiaries located in Shanghai and Lianyungang.

Located in Xuebu Town, Jintan city of Jiangsu Province, Depei covers an area of 50 thousand square meters, including 15 thousand square meters buildings. It employs 36 R&D technicians，including 4 experts, 16 engineers and 5 external professors. Depei specializes in reactions under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, as well as under low-temperature and high-vacuum distillation conditions, such as hydrogenation and chiral synthesis.
