It is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of chemical synthetic natural drug series, antitumor tinib series, cardiovascular series, antihistamine series, antipsychotics, veterinary drugs and other active substances and pharmaceutical intermediates. Our products are mainly sold to South Korea, the Middle East, Europe and the United States and other countries and regions, and with many well-known pharmaceutical enterprises at home and abroad to establish a long-term relationship of cooperation, enjoying a higher visibility and good reputation in the industry.

It has 4 high-standard multi-layer three-dimensional multi-functional workshops, which are designed and built in strict accordance with the new GMP standard. All of them adopt DCS automatic control and management. The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, GB/T28001 occupational safety and health management system certification, has a more complete GMP/FDA standard quality assurance system. Some products have passed the US FDA on-site audit and DMF/COS certification.

Suzhou Wufan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., stock code: 301393, has become the controlling shareholder of the company on July 9, 2025, holding 85% of the company's equity and entrusted voting rights for the other 15% of the company's equity. Currently, it actually owns 100% of the company's decision-making power.
