Product Description
HA-100 is a liquid antioxidant. Among polyurethane soft foams, it has excellent core-burn resistance properties. The addition amount is small, cost-effective, safe and environmentally friendly. Prevent core burning of polyurethane soft foam under high temperature conditions in summer and under high flame retardant and low density conditions. It can be used alone in polyether to improve its high temperature resistance and aging resistance, or it can be used with other light stabilizers to improve discoloration resistance. It can also decompose some aldehydes produced in polyether and extend the service life of the product.
Product Usage
Mainly used in PU soft foam products, especially suitable for the scorch core problem that is easy to occur in low-density sponges. This product has particularly good compatibility with polyether and completely solves the problems of poor compatibility of powder antioxidants in liquid stabilizers, limited solubility, easy precipitation, easy precipitation and easy crystallization.
Application suggestions
The actual addition amount is determined by the user based on experiments. Generally, the recommended dosage is 0.3~1.0% to meet the customer's anti-burn core requirements.
