Product Description
HH-9123 is a general-purpose silicone surfactant used for the production of polyether-based flexible polyurethane foams. Chemically, it is a non-hydrolyzable polysiloxane-polyoxyalkylene copolymer high-activity stabilizer, more suitable for low-density foams and vertical foaming machines.

Suggested Storage Conditions

In its original sealed container, placed in an environment free from intense heat or severe cold, the shelf life of HH-9123 is over 12 months.
The freezing point of HH-9123 is below -10℃, so it is cold-resistant, but it is recommended to bring it to room temperature before use.
Production Guidelines
HH-9123 can be fed into the mixing head either alone or mixed with water and amines. In general flexible foam formulations, it can be dissolved into the mixture in various proportions. Experiments show that it remains stable with common tertiary amines at room temperature for at least 5 days.
Applications
HH-9123  serves as a stabilizer for polyether-based flexible foams. Due to its high activity, it can achieve higher economic benefits in production. When the foam system requires significant stability support, especially when used in low-density and pure PPG polyether systems with a hydroxyl value of 56, it demonstrates its advantages. In the formulation composition, various common physical blowing agents can be used. The processing range of HH-9123 is very wide; it can successfully perform continuous foaming on various types of machines. Due to its high activity, it is more suitable for low-density foams produced by box foam technology.
The high economic efficiency of HH-9123 is brought about by the following dual effects: higher foam height (because it is used as a high-efficiency stabilizer) and thin bottom skin. To facilitate customers' economical and universal use of HH-9123 in production or their own development and improvement of formulations, the following reference formulation is provided:
