Lianyungang Hengfei Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD (Lianyungang Hengfei) was established in the year of 2005. In 2011, Taizhou Xinyou Pharmaceutical and Chemical CO., LTD (Taizhou Xinyou) acquired the company and continued to use the name Lianyungang Hengfei Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. Meanwhile, it expanded the scale of manufacturing site and hired more talented people in the field of chemistry and pharmacy. Our company is located in Duigougang Chemical Industrial Park, Guannan County, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 53000 m2 and with a construction area of 24000 m2 after acquisition and expansion. After construction, the factory will have 7 production workshops and 15 chemical reaction system, such as Hydrogenation, oxidation, bromination and amidation, Grignard, etc. The former employees in Taizhou Xinyou will all be transferred to Lianyungang Hengfei by August, 2013. We will get together and concentrate on the production and improvement of existing products, as well as continue the research and development of new products, such as Abiraterone, Celecoxib. With respect to management philosophy, we continued practice the former management system used in Taizhou Xinyou and gradually proceed with new management system based on the former one. For instance, we added ISO18000 safety and management system based on the former ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Meanwhile, we will continue practice GMP quality management philosophy and strive to gain the CMP certificate of Finasteride by the year 2015.
