Located in Hongze County Industrial Park, Jiangsu Yinzhu Chemical Group Co., Ltd.was founded as a fertilizer factory in 1969.This fertilizer factory could produce 3,000 tons of synthetic ammonia every year, and was almost at the edge of bankruptcy. We founded Hongze Yinzhu Chemical Industry Group) General Company in a994 and reformed it as Jiangsu Yinzhu Chemical Group Co., Ltd.in 2002. Over decade's hard work, we now have above 16 factories and 11 joint-ventures such as Hongze Dayang Chemical CO., Ltd. and Daimente Chemical CO., Ltd. etc. Moreover, we registered and founded several import & export trade companies in Shanghai and Yangzhou , etc.

Owning registered capital of RMB 78 million Yuan and fixed asset of RMB 600 million Yuan. Hongze Yinzhu covers an area of one million square meters with workers and staff members of 2000 among which 400 are technicians. Possessing technologies with Intellectual Property, technical strength keeps sound and strong. Up to now, we have got a lot of honors, including "Good team for the construction of spark belt in the north of Jiangsu province", "Good technical advancement enterprise of Jiangsu province", "good enterprise of Jiangsu province", "KEY IPR protected unit of Jiangsu province" and "hi-tech enterprise", etc. Moreover, our registered trademark "Yinzhu" was approved as the "Famous brand" of Jiangsu province.

At present, we mainly produce: synthetic ammonia (100,000T/A), ammonium bicarbonate (200,000T/A), ammonia water (50,000T/A), liquid carbon dioxide (20,000T/A), sodium nitrate & sodium nitrite (20,000T/A), aqua fortis (120,000T/A), m-dinitrobenzene (10,000T/A), m-phenylene diamine (6,000 T/A ), N, N-dimethyl aniline (4,000 T/A) , ethyl chloride (3,000 T/A) , glaubers salt ( 1,000,000T/A), plastic packing bag (15 millions pieces/A). In 2006, we sold over 1 billion of products, got CNY 350 million of profit payments and tax turnover (CNY 230 millions of profits and 120 millions of tax); we sold 1.39 billion of products, got CNY 440 million of profit payments and tax turnover (CNY 276 millions of profits and 153 millions of tax) in 2007. To get fast development and make more contributions to the development of economy and society of Huaian city, we are not only working hard to build new projects (50,000T/A of nitric acid in high pressure method, with total investment of CNY 200 million and combined heat and power generation with total investment of CNY 250 million), but also are working hard on the mission of IPO in next 2 years. Moreover, we also expand our business into real estate and other service industries; we are striving to be a large-scale industrial aircrat carrier.

Now, we are working hard on our "four-2" project: by the end of "eleventh-five-year program", we will be able to yearly sell over CNY 2 billions of products, hand CNY 200 million of profits to our state, produce over 20 kinds of products and pay over CNY 20,000 of annual salary to each of staffs. According to our plan, we will sell over 10 billion of products in 2015.
