Fujian Xialu Electrochemical Co., Ltd. is a chlor-alkali chemical enterprise jointly invested and established by Xiamen Electrochemical Factory and the private enterprise - Changtai Xiaguang Paper Product Factory.The company was located in Xingtai Industrial Zone in Changtai County, Zhangzhou City, covering an area of 110,000 m2. It abuts against Jiao-Tai Highway, and is close to Haicang of Xiamen, Longhai of Zhangzhou and Fu-Xia-Zhang Expressway, so enjoys advantaged land and sea transportation conditions. Xiamen Electrochemical Factory, as one of the earliest chlor-alkali chemical enterprises in Fujian province, was established in 1957. It has considerable technical force, rich experience on production and management, and experienced and high-qualified employees. For urban renewal, it was moved to Changqing. The construction of the new site was greatly improved: both the technological design and equipment were operated basing on the tenet of "advanced, stable, safe and environment-friendly"; the most advanced DCS automatic control system was adopted in the production control system, so as to improve the safety and reliability of the equipment; new technology was adopted in all procedures, so as to improve product quality, reduce consumption and save energy; on management, we kept the advantages of the standardized management in state-owned enterprises, and introduced in the new management mode and new concept of private enterprise, so to well combine the institutionalized management and humanized management, and ensure the competitive force and economic benefit of our company. The production scale of our company is 350,000 t/y membrane-process sodium hydroxide (NaOH). The serial products are: sodium hydroxide 35,000 t/y (100%); chlorinated paraffin13,000 t/y; food grade hydrochloric acid 35,000 t/y; industrial hydrochloric acid 25,000 t/y; chlorine liquid 10,000 t/y; common hydrogen 50,000 cylinders/y; sodium hypochlorite10,000 t/y. The products are sold in Xiamen, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou, Fuzhou, Putian, Guangdong and so on, and chlorinated paraffin series products are well accepted all over the world. Our company will become a backbone enterprise of chemical industry in Xiamen, Quanzhou and Zhangzhou area in a near future. It enjoys great development prospect.
