Infrastructure:Two major segments represent core business operations at Radiant: laboratory research services and manufacturing activities. Our scientific research services are comprised of chemical synthesis, FTE assignments, process research & development, and process route optimization and validation. In parallel, the manufacturing segment focuses on bulk deliveries of advanced intermediates and APIs, custom synthesis and commercial production.

Core Team: Radiant senior management and core technical team consist of Ph.D.s and MBAs rigorously trained in Ivy League schools with rich experience in international pharmaceutical R&D organizations. The team not only injects into the organization consolidated Americanized managerial philosophy, but also connects seamlessly with real international business practices, particularly the ones in the US. Collectively, our senior management is currently in full possession of more than ten pending or granted patents as well as dozens scientific publications, and averages over five years of professional experience in key positions or driver seats on exploratory research work or project management in top ten international pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

IP protection:Radiant considers IP Protection of strategic importance not only to our clients but also to the company's success and its very existence. The company has established a strict documentation procedure rigorously enforced to protect partners' confidential and proprietary information. As an extra effort to ensure the originality and integrity of all research results produced at Radiant for our clients, we entered into an agreement with Zhenjiang Notary Public Office on July 16, 2007 to have independent notary services for all important business documents and research data. Such an agreement is unprecedented in China. It attests to the company's commitment to IP Rights protection.
