Performance: Antioxidant 4010NA is gray-purple to purple-brown granules or flakes. It is relatively stable, soluble in organic solvents such as oils, benzene and ethanol, slightly soluble in gasoline, and insoluble in water. It is combustible, keep away from strong oxidizers.
Applications: This product is an excellent general-purpose antioxidant for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex, with good dispersibility and no impact on vulcanization. It has excellent performance among amine antioxidants, and provides particularly good protection against flex fatigue aging and ozone, and is also an excellent antioxidant against heat, oxygen, light and general aging. It is commonly used in various rubber products such as tires, including bicycle tires, automobile tires, cables, rubber hoses and rubber belts. This product has staining property, so it is not suitable for light-colored rubber products. When the dosage is 2.5-3.0 parts in natural rubber and less than 4 parts in styrene-butadiene rubber, no blooming will occur.
