Properties and Applications

Curekind BLE-65 is a high-efficiency, highly active antioxidant with low volatility. It is a universal anti-aging agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubbers such as SBR, NBR, CR and BR, and their rubber latices. It has excellent protective effects against heat, oxygen and flex fatigue, and also provides certain protection against ozone aging and weathering. Curekind BLE-65 also has a certain promoting effect on the adhesion between rubber compounds and metals. Curekind BLE-65 is an anti-fouling antioxidant, only suitable for dark-colored products.

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 1.5-2.0 phr.
Application: Rubber products such as tire treads, tire sidewalls, hoses and conveyor belts.
Packaging: Composite paper bags lined with PE bags, net weight 25Kg per bag; 500Kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
