Features and Applications

General-purpose amine antioxidant with particularly excellent thermal oxidation resistance. It is suitable for natural rubber and various other synthetic rubbers except chloroprene rubber, and its protective effect against flex fatigue and ozone aging is unclear

Performance: Sulfurated antioxidant TMQ (RD) is amber to light brown granular, non-toxic. It is soluble in benzene, carbon disulfide and chloroform, slightly soluble in petroleum hydrocarbons, and insoluble in water.
Applications: General-purpose amine antioxidant with particularly excellent thermal oxidation resistance, it also has a strong inhibitory effect on metal catalytic oxidation, with low toxicity, slow migration in rubber compound matrix, and not easy to bloom. Its protective effect against flex fatigue and ozone aging is not obvious, and it can be used in combination with other antioxidants with excellent flex fatigue and ozone aging resistance. It is suitable for various synthetic rubbers except natural rubber and chloroprene rubber. Due to its light yellow color, it can also be used in sanitary rubber products. It is a commonly used antioxidant for manufacturing rubber products such as tires, wires and rubber hoses.
