Features and Applications

TCY is an effective curing agent for halogen-containing rubbers such as CO, ECO, CIIR and BIIR, also a curing agent for ACM rubber, and a co-curing agent for NBR/PVC blended elastomers.

Properties: Sulfur curing agent TCY is a light yellow powder, with a melting point and decomposition temperature above 320℃, and is hardly soluble in water (20℃)
Applications: Widely used as a curing agent for polymers such as chloroethyl acrylate-ethylene polymers and acrylic rubber, as a heat stabilizer for high polymers like polypropylene and rubber. It is suitable for acrylate rubber ACM, epichlorohydrin rubber CO, epichlorohydrin rubber ECO and chloroprene rubber CR, and can also be used in rubber-plastic blended materials. This product has fast curing speed, safe scorching, can shorten curing time, and the vulcanizate has excellent mechanical properties. It is a special curing agent for acrylate rubber, and can also be used as a special curing agent for epichlorohydrin rubber and chloroprene rubber.
